Managing Director / Founder
Arvind Yadav brings 16 years of engineering and project management experience in India and abroad, specializing in electrical, telecom, and security projects across onshore and offshore environments. He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer, has completed an Executive Management Program from IIM Calcutta, and is CAPM certified. At BRINDA Engineering (BE), he contributes to delivering world-class solutions and energy-efficient infrastructure based on international standards across India.
Kumar Kushal
Strategic Program Manager
Kumar Kushal has a background in Business Analytics, Project Management, and Electronics Engineering, with 14+ years of experience working with international standards. He previously served as a Program Manager at a leading Energy MNC, managing large and complex projects while driving strategic initiatives with senior leadership. He is a PMP-certified Program Manager with strong expertise in engineering environments and change management. Kushal is also the founder of WisdomTooths Consultancy.

AI & ML Engineer
Keshava Yadav has a background in Electronics and Computer Science, having completed a Diploma in Electronics and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. He has strong interest and experience in web development, Python programming, and modern software technologies. Keshava focuses on building scalable digital solutions and practical technology-driven applications with a passion for innovation and problem solving.
Yash Kumar
Developer
Yash Kumar comes from a Computer Science and Engineering background at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, with a strong interest in full-stack and frontend development. He has hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database management gained through internships and academic projects. Yash has worked on data analysis, automation, and responsive web applications, including e-commerce and management systems. He is passionate about applying his technical and analytical skills to build efficient, user-focused software solutions.

Vishal Yadav is a key member of BRINDA Engineering and Maintenance. As a Civil Project Engineer, he works closely with clients and teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet required quality standards. He completed his Civil Engineering from Tamil Nadu.
